Inceed is seeking an Infrastructure Supervisor II/Manager in Denver, Colorado. This hands-on leadership role guides a talented team across infrastructure operations, shaping technical direction and supporting a modern environment spanning corporate, cloud, data center, and field connectivity.

The role emphasizes building high-performing teams, driving stability, and improving systems that keep a business running. Hybrid schedule with onsite leadership presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience across servers, storage, networking, cloud, and virtualization.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and operational support skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of infrastructure professionals.
• Oversee daily operations across servers, storage, networking, and cloud.
• Drive stability, availability, and performance of infrastructure services.
• Support incident resolution and escalation management.
• Guide backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts.
• Maintain infrastructure standards, runbooks, and documentation.
• Partner with IT leadership on roadmap execution and improvements.
• Support field networking and OT connectivity needs.
• Assist with audits, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute to AI-enabled infrastructure support initiatives.
