You will drive risk assessment, incident response, governance, and security training while ensuring compliance with POPIA, GDPR, and industry best practices, enabling secure business growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive information security experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of network, application, cloud security, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's information security program aligned to business goals.
• Lead and mentor the information security team with performance management.
• Oversee risk assessment processes to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage incident response to ensure timely resolutions.
