Arcadis’ Industrial Water Treatment and Optimization team is seeking an experienced Industrial Water Wastewater Process Engineer with 7+ years of consulting engineering experience to contribute to our expanding portfolio of industrial water and wastewater design projects. This hybrid role supports client facilities across the United States, with preference for candidates in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in the industrial water/wastewater field.
• Experience designing water and wastewater projects and preparing construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop process design drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical deliverables for industrial water projects.
• Conduct field work including surveys, QA/QC, inspections, and treatability testing at client sites or lab.
• Assist with commissioning/start-up and training plant staff.
• Present findings to clients and in professional meetings.
• Manage projects to meet client and Arcadis expectations.
• Support business development including proposal preparation and client meetings.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
