Resource Innovations in Murray, UT is seeking an Incentive Processing & Accounting Specialist to join our hybrid team. You will support incentive processing, batching, payment fulfillment, and account reconciliations to keep our financial records accurate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, or related transactional roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas, filters, lookups, and large data sets.
• Experience with high-volume financial data processing and internal controls.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supports incentive processing and fulfillment activities for customer payments.
• Performs bank and accounts payable reconciliations and resolves discrepancies.
• Reviews incentive payment data for accuracy and compliance with processes.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
• Maintains records to support financial reporting and audits.
• Monitors processing to meet deadlines and service expectations.
