Job summary

Resource Innovations in Murray, UT is seeking a Payment Processing & Accounting Specialist to support incentive processing, batching, and reconciliations. You will help ensure accurate payments and strong internal controls across our programs.

The role requires 1+ years in accounting/AP, proficiency with Excel, and ERP systems. We offer a hybrid work model, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, payment processing, or related transactional work.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Experience with high-volume financial data and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist with incentive processing and fulfillment activities.
• Perform bank and accounts payable reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
• Review incentive data for accuracy and compliance before payment.
• Collaborate with Incentive Processing and Accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Support end-to-end incentive payment processes and related accounting.
