Job summary

Massachusetts Financial Services Company seeks an Inbound Sales Intern to join the Inside Sales Team in Boston. The role supports product distribution activities, engages with advisors, and helps grow knowledge of the financial services industry through hands-on learning and structured activities.

The program runs 10–12 weeks starting June 9, 2027, with 35–40 hours per week, paid hourly. This is a hybrid role with two remote days and three on-site days; authorization to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of computer based programs including MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CRM system activity for Inside Sales: Adding new advisors, updating advisor information, and scheduling activities.
• Order product materials for dissemination through Harte Hanks account.
• Distribute literature orders to multiple financial branches.
• Customize Seminar invites, postcards and documents on Demands Books.
• Territory-specific mailings: literature orders, stuffing envelopes, and creating labels.
• Research stock market information and update fund materials.
• Learn financial hypothetical illustrations and bind literature for advisors.
• Perform FINRA Broker checks to verify advisor status for Compliance.
• Schedule and set up meetings, book conference rooms, and organize video conferencing needs.
• Run call reports for sales desk and Inside Sales daily and monthly.
