Job summary

Massachusetts Financial Services Company (MFS) invites undergraduates enrolled in a co-op program to join the Inside Sales team for a 6-month co-op with a 35–40 hour workweek. You will engage in product distribution activities, gain exposure to the financial services industry, and work across multiple stakeholders.

The role offers hands-on sales experience in a fast-paced setting and includes structured learning activities and opportunities to develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively and efficiently.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Maintain C360 (SalesForce) system activity for Inside Sales: Adding new advisors, updating advisor information, and scheduling activities.
• Order product materials for dissemination through our Harte Hanks account.
• Customized Seminar invites, postcards and document on demands Books
• Coordinating literature and marketing materials for external field force and ISF
• Provide up to date market statistics for the ISF and Field Force on a daily basis.
• Learn about financial hypothetical illustrations and bind literature materials etc. for advisors to utilize during wholesaler meetings.
• FINRA Broker checks to verify they are advisors per Compliance.
• Scheduling and set up for meetings, book conference rooms, organize video conferencing needs.
• Run weekly activity reports for the ISF.
