Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Hybrid Import Specialist in Dallas to manage ocean and air import shipments from origin to final destinations, ensuring on‑time delivery and compliance with CBP/FMC rules. You’ll coordinate carriers, brokers, and internal teams, maintain records, and drive accurate data entry in our systems.

The position offers a base salary of $60,000–$80,000 per year, plus a base bonus and full benefits in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ocean or air import operations or international freight forwarding preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shipments on time per customer requests.
• Coordinate full import cycle: ocean/air from origin to destination.
• Prepare and review import documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure CBP, FMC, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, overseas agents, and internal teams.
• Track and monitor shipment progress for timely processing.
• Arrange final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
• Maintain records and data entry in internal systems.
