Job summary

Revel IT is seeking a Security Analyst to support IAM operations with CyberArk PVWA/EPV, AD, Entra ID, PowerShell and RHEL from an account management perspective. The role involves collaborating across IT service delivery, operations, and business units to ensure timely resolution of IAM issues and adherence to service levels.

Responsibilities include driving issue resolution, auditing IAM processes, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with service providers.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of IAM support experience focusing on CyberArk PVWA/EPV.
• Experience with AD, Entra ID, PowerShell, and RHEL from an account management standpoint.
• Familiarity with CyberArk PSM, CCP, APV-AIM, CCM is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills: process analysis, problem solving and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, business units, PMs and Service Providers to operate IAM processes.
• Help drive resolution of IAM issues, including CyberArk-related, and report on Service Provider operations as directed by IAM Manager/Product Owner.
• Resolve IAM issues in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor projects with PMs and Service Provider personnel to meet business needs and SLAs.
• Facilitate audits of IAM security processes.
• Ensure security services supporting and procedures documentation is current.
• Maintain understanding of Service Providers’ security operations and service delivery capabilities.
