Job summary

Quantam Solutions seeks a Senior IAM Project Manager to drive enterprise identity and access modernization, including AD/Entra ID deployments and security enhancements. You will manage the full project lifecycle with engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely, within‑budget delivery.

The role requires hands-on IAM knowledge, strong PM skills, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical or program management leadership.
• Strong technical expertise with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience with IAM implementations and integrations.
• User provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Identity integrations and authentication solutions.
• Role- and policy-based access controls in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of enterprise identity lifecycle processes and security principles.
• Excellent communication with engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IAM transformation initiatives from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Establish PM processes, OKRs, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across infrastructure, security, product, and support.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; manage issues and dependencies.
• Deliver regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical implementation plans.
• Conduct post‑implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
