Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a full-time Human Research Technologist in the Department of Nutritional Sciences. You will oversee day-to-day coordination of research projects, implement study protocols, recruit participants, and manage data collection and QA working with an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers a flexible schedule with remote and on-campus work. Preferred qualifications include REDCap and IRB familiarity; an Associate degree with 2+ years of related experience

Qualifications

• This candidate must have research experience coordinating participants and study workflows.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills and attention to detail are a must.
• Experience with REDCap and IRB protocols is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study protocols and recruitment materials.
• Recruit participants and manage databases.
• Prepare IRB documents and amendments.
• Deliver and manage project data per protocols.
• Engage with community partners and PI.
• Prepare reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
• May supervise staff including scheduling and onboarding.
