Job summary

Penn State University is seeking a full-time Human Research Technologist to coordinate ongoing and new research projects in nutrition and well-being. You will implement study protocols, recruit and consent participants, and manage data collection with quality assurance under the direction of Dr.

Amy Moore in Nutritional Sciences. Responsibilities include designing recruitment materials, maintaining study databases, preparing IRB documents, and contributing to reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating participants and study workflows.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with REDCap and IRB protocols desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review research protocols and recruitment materials.
• Recruit participants and coordinate their participation across studies; maintain databases.
• Prepare IRB documents and ensure procedures follow IRB approvals.
• Deliver data collection and management according to protocols.
• Participate in community-engaged activities with the research team.
• Serve as liaison with PI and collaborators.
