Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience coordinating research studies and workflows.
• Familiarity with REDCap and IRB protocols desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review research protocols, including recruitment materials and data collection instruments.
• Recruit participants; coordinate participation and maintain study databases.
• Develop and review IRB documents; ensure procedures adhere to IRB-approved protocols.
• Deliver content, collect and manage project data per protocols.
• Participate in community-engaged activities with the research team.
• Serve as liaison with PI, collaborators, and community partners.
• Prepare reports and presentations; potential for authorship on abstracts or manuscripts.
• May supervise staff, including scheduling and onboarding.
