• Experience with REDCap and IRB protocols is desirable.

• Develop and review research protocols, including recruitment materials and data collection instruments.
• Recruit potential participants for studies; coordinate participation and maintain study databases.
• Develop, review, and submit IRB documents and modifications; ensure procedures adhere to IRB protocols.
• Deliver content, collect, and manage project data per research protocols.
• Participate in community-engaged activities with the research team.
• Serve as liaison with PI, collaborators, and community partners.
• Prepare reports and presentations for a range of audiences; authorship opportunities may arise.
• May supervise staff, including scheduling, performance management, and onboarding.
