Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager based in Warren, NJ on a hybrid schedule to oversee HR initiatives and HRIS projects.

You will partner with HR, IT, Talent, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans and ensure successful delivery. The role blends strategy and technical HRIS work, requiring governance, reporting, change management, and a hands-on, collaborative leadership style to drive improvements in HR operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally supporting HR/HR transformation.
• Experience with HR systems, HRIS, or enterprise tech initiatives; Workday preferred.
• Strong governance, risk, dependency management, and execution skills.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HR strategic initiatives and HRIS projects from planning to execution.
• Partner with HR, HRIS, IT, People Analytics, Talent, and stakeholders to define workstreams.
• Coordinate requirements, testing, launch readiness, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Develop leadership-ready materials: presentations, plans, dashboards, summaries.
• Lead change management, communications, training, readiness, and adoption tracking.
