Job summary

Cognex in Natick, MA is seeking a Senior HRIS Manager to lead Workday and related HR technology programs. You will partner with ES leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to drive automation, analytics, and process improvements across Employee Services.

The role owns the HR technology roadmap, oversees Workday configuration and releases, and leads the HRIS team and vendor relationships to scale with business growth while enhancing the employee experience.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in multiple HRIS systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, UKG, etc.
• 5 years of successful people management experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Extend, BIRT, or Workday integrations
• Experience leading Workday projects in a lead role with configuration knowledge
• Strong understanding of applications, data management and business process analysis
• Proven stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including reports with formulas/macros

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the HR technology roadmap aligned with ES priorities
• Develop and configure Workday HCM in line with business needs
• Lead Workday release management and governance
• Drive HR data, dashboards, and analytics to support decisions
• Lead and develop the HRIS team and vendor relationships
• Provide end-user guidance and ensure successful system integration and rollout
