Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience.
• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency with handling hard to close candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets.
• Own the candidate experience from initial contact to closing an offer.
• Self-motivated and driven with solution focus.
• Curiosity about market trends and domain technology.
• Willingness to seek feedback and grow in career.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and align job descriptions.
• Pursue passive candidates via personalized outreach.
• Advocate for DEI internally and externally.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess suitability.
• Source candidates through networking, search tools, job boards, referrals, events.
• Partner with hiring managers to extend offers and hire top talent.
• Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity; share updates with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with management and cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Compensation, Diversity).
• Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy.
