• Two years of postsecondary education (64 sem hours or 96 quarter hours) from an accredited college or university in any field.
• Two years postsecondary education with HR experience at the journey technical level.
• Two years postsecondary education with dispatching experience or equivalent HR/work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Statewide Payroll Services staff and processes payroll documents.
• Develops and delivers technical payroll training.
• Performs advanced technical work completing, processing, and auditing of personnel and payroll documents.
