Welo Global, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead organization-wide HR strategies, ensuring effective HR operations and supporting leaders and employees across the full lifecycle.

This hybrid role requires collaboration with senior leadership, maintaining compliance, and fostering a high-performing work environment. The HR Manager will work with global teams on key initiatives and policies, with a focus on people, culture, and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and implement HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, engagement, performance, retention).
• Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.
• Oversee performance management, compensation, talent reviews, and succession planning with HR teams.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with labor laws.
