Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years HR experience preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment process including postings, screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Assist employees and managers with HR policies and employee relations.
• Support performance management processes and investigations as needed.
• Coordinate leave of absence administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp).
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
• Support payroll processes and resolve discrepancies with payroll.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Assist with training initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and audits as requested.
• Partner with management on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support safety initiatives and workplace investigations.
