Qualifications

• Past work experience in Human Resources or related field.

Responsibilities

• Receives, responds to, and resolves employee questions and problems.
• Executes and audits work transactions and changes per policies and deadlines.
• Provides consultation and analytics and maintains personnel files and materials.
• Contributes to development, interpretation, and revision of HR policies and procedures.
• Represents unit at institutional workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
