Job summary

Advisor360° is seeking an HR Generalist to join our hybrid Needham, MA team. You’ll own end-to-end onboarding, manage immigration matters, and serve as an HRBP for select teams, while handling HR operations, policy questions, and multi-state compliance.

This role emphasizes a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, strong HRIS proficiency (Rippling), and the ability to navigate confidential matters with sound judgment. We offer a competitive package, including equity and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive HR generalist experience across operations, onboarding, and partnerships.
• Hands-on HRIS experience, specifically Rippling.
• Strong judgment and discretion with confidential matters.
• Multi-state employment knowledge and leave administration.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end onboarding, from offer to first 90 days.
• Provide HR policy, benefits, payroll support; escalate when needed.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and compliance records.
• Oversee immigration case management, visa sponsorships, deadlines.
• Act as HRBP for a subset of teams with coaching and relations.
• Support I-9s, leave administration, and multi-state filings.
• Plan and execute engagement, culture, and internal comms.
• Develop scalable HR processes and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards for a seamless experience.
• Adapt to varied tasks as needed.
