Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for a growing production workforce in Bethlehem, PA. You will manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll inputs, and benefits administration while partnering with site leadership on workforce planning.

The role emphasizes employee relations, policy interpretation, and data-driven HR reporting in a fast-paced plant environment. Onsite with potential for limited remote days.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience across multiple HR functions.
• Experience recruiting hourly and production employees.
• Ability to handle employee relations including investigations.
• Spanish fluency for employee communication.
• Familiarity with Paylocity or similar HRIS/payroll systems.
• SHRM certification or similar credential.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried staff.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and timekeeping exceptions.
• Partner with operations leaders on staffing and headcount changes.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Administer benefits programs and assist with leave administration.
• Support performance management and coaching initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data integrity.
• Develop HR policies and communicate them to staff.
• Generate HR reports on hiring activity and turnover.
