Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Consultant in the La Palma, CA area to manage an external client territory within Yorba Linda/Brea, North Orange County.

You will be a trusted advisor, applying HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to address clients' most critical business challenges. You will collaborate with external clients and internal partners, maintain clear communication, and deliver solutions that support client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Located in La Palma, CA area.
• Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve: Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies. Solve client problems and proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations: Use interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients, set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, and provide prompt follow-up. Strive to exceed client expectations with integrity.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate: Interpret business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients; share knowledge with less experienced consultants.
