• 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/tech.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues, set priorities, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Interpret issues and recommend solutions/best practices to leadership and clients.
