Qualifications

- 2+ years of direct HRBP experience.
- Strategic thinking and leadership with business acumen.
- Experience with workforce analytics and forecasting.
- Knowledge of organizational design and change management.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and shape HR strategy.
- Lead talent management, onboarding, development, and succession planning.
- Drive employee relations and ensure policy compliance.
- Leverage people analytics and KPIs to inform decisions.
- Partner across AES to drive initiatives and cross-functional programs.
- Back up HR Generalist duties and coach managers.
