Job summary

Altis Technology, Calgary-based HR technology team, is seeking an HR analytics professional to deliver reporting and analytics solutions that support day-to-day operations and strategic projects.

You will develop HR reports and dashboards, partner with HR stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions, analyze data for workforce planning, and assist with compensation and classification initiatives while ensuring data quality across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS analytics, or related field.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Information Systems, HR, Analytics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with Banner ERP, Argos reporting, and SQL.
• Experience developing reports, analyzing data, and supporting business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• You'll develop, maintain, and enhance HR reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• You'll collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• You'll analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide insights for workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
• You'll support HR projects, including compensation and classification initiatives, while ensuring ongoing reporting requirements.
• You'll contribute to process improvements, data quality initiatives, and enhancements across HR systems and reporting processes.
