Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field; Master’s/PhD preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in HPC performance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scientific application performance benchmarking under deadlines for sales engagements and product decisions.
• Optimize HPC benchmarks on HPE systems to generate performance results and insights for competitive proposals.
• Develop understanding of HPC architectures and performance estimation to assess benchmarks on current and future HPE systems.
• Analyze benchmark results to identify bottlenecks across compute, memory, accelerators, interconnect, MPI, and I/O subsystems; recommend optimizations.
• Stay current on HPC products and performance techniques to deliver high-quality benchmark results.
