Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimal experience in administrative support with some customer service
• Experience with data entry and maintaining records with high accuracy
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet; familiarity with Adobe, DocuSign and agency software (Yardi)
• Ability to work with diverse clientele and teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service over the phone, via email and in person.
• Process intake and annual re-certifications; generate and mail review letters and packets; determine verifications needed.
• Assist with file processing and data entry; scan and index documentation into electronic records.
• Maintain organization and records; respond to inquiries and support program operations.
• Use MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign and agency software programs (Yardi).
• Collaborate with landlords, participants and internal staff to resolve issues.
