Job summary

Fairfield Inn - Aurora is seeking a proactive hotel maintenance associate to address guest requests, perform routine repairs, and keep public areas and back-of-house spaces clean and organized. You will contribute to safe, guest-ready environments across rooms, lobbies, and exterior spaces.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and collaboration with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and emergencies.
• Prior hotel maintenance or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities
