Duke Health in Durham, NC is seeking a Manager, Finance-Hospital Revenue Management to oversee revenue analytics, budgeting, and reporting for the hospital revenue cycle in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead analysts, monitor net and gross revenue, payor mix, and trends; collaborate with CFOs and operations; guide actions for contract updates and performance improvements.

Required MBA/CPA preferred; eight years of accounting/financial management experience; bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue analytics management including monitoring net/gross revenue, payor mix, collection rates, and KPI trends
• Lead root-cause analysis using revenue analytics tools to explain variances in revenue trends
• Collaborate with CFOs, finance leaders, and operational stakeholders to implement corrective actions
• Support managed care payor contracting analytics and assess financial impact of policy updates
• Coordinate budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis for assigned areas
• Oversee monthly audit, analysis, and reporting by Analysts; perform system reconciliations
• Supervise and develop Finance Analysts; manage staffing decisions
• Perform other duties related to financial management and reporting
