Job summary

UC Davis Health is seeking a Home Infusion RN2 to deliver expert infusion care to patients in their homes, spanning adult and pediatric populations. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive nursing plan of care, administer IV and subcutaneous therapies, and collaborate with physicians and the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This hybrid role requires travel to patient homes, autonomous decision-making within ANA standards, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Must have California RN license and unrestricted practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required or UC Davis Health CPR.
• Requires valid California driver's license and safe driving record.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience with IV meds, vascular access and home infusion care.
