Job summary

Elevate Infusion Nursing Services is seeking a Contract RN Infusion Nurse to provide exceptional in-home infusion care. The successful candidate will deliver specialized medications, educate patients and caregivers, and work independently while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and the ability to manage visits on a flexible schedule within the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Arkansas.
• At least 2 years as RN with 1+ year in ER, ICU, or Infusion.
• At least 1 year of infusion or IV therapy experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and effective delivery of these specialized medications.
• Evaluate and educate patients and caregivers on administering infusion therapy safely.
• Develop with the team the plan of care and evaluate response to therapy.
• Maintain scheduling and case management through the company’s approved platform.
• Communicate scheduling changes to appropriate team members as needed.
• Proficiently start peripheral IV lines and administer medications (IVIG/Biologics) in home settings.
• Submit thorough documentation within 24-48 hours of patient encounters.
