Formación

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license (PT).
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience.
• Graduation from an APTA‑accredited program or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements for mobility and safety.
• Develop and revise individualized PT care plans and provide related interventions.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and safety at home.
• Document observations and interventions in the EMR system.
