Formación

• One year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license required.
• Graduation from an APTA/CAAHEA-approved program or AMA-recognized equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform mobility, strength, balance, and gait assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
