Job summary

Under the Branch Chief, you will advise managers on personnel policies and implement procedures while contributing to a team focused on service excellence and process improvement.

Hybrid telework is available and the salary ranges from $6,031 to $7,547 per month. New hires start at the minimum for the classification, and a SOQ is required with detailed responses.

Qualifications

• Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required; two pages max, 12-point Arial.
• Describe education, knowledge, skills, and experience with concrete examples.
• Explain approach to problem solving and collaboration with programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to managers on personnel issues, policy changes, and implementations.
• Assist with eligibility determinations and guidance on exams and lists.
• Support continuous improvement and customer service excellence within Hiring Services.
