The position is open to candidates within a one-hour drive of Memphis, TN, with a hybrid in-person schedule from the Memphis office, supporting SOX-compliant processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Excel skills and SAP proficiency (or similar ERP).
• 2+ years in dispute resolution, credit management, or accounts receivable with high-value disputes experience.
• Experience with shipping and freight, returns, contract pricing, or commercial contracts preferred.
• Background in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors preferred.
• SOX compliance and internal controls experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US for ABB.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve high-value disputes from intake through financial closure.
• Analyze pricing, invoicing, and transaction data to determine financial impact and risk.
• Determine resolution outcomes within policy; initiate credits or recovery actions as allowed.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, External Partners, and Operations on complex cases.
• Maintain auditable case documents per SOX and internal controls; support audits.
• Identify systemic issues and contribute to process improvements.
