Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support end users via phone, email, and chat. The role covers in-office collaboration in a hybrid model with a focus on troubleshooting and rapid problem resolution for users across the USA.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of helpdesk experience, familiarity with ServiceNow, and experience supporting remote/Work-from-Home end users in a team setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of helpdesk / call center experience.
• 1-2 years of experience with help desk ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience supporting Work from Home end-users.
• Experience working remotely as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-bound contacts via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide end-user support for a wide range of IT issues.
• Triage and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Assist users across the USA; support remote end-users.
