Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in workers' compensation or related fields.
• Familiarity with California's workers' compensation lien procedure.
• Experience preparing legal exhibits and hearing documentation.

• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputed liens.
• Prepare legal documentation and comply with regulations.
