Mercy is hiring a Hybrid Recruiter located in the STL Metro area. The ideal candidate brings experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a clinical or healthcare environment. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates in a hybrid work setting.

Formación

• Education: BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 3 years' experience - preferably in clinical or healthcare setting
• Other: Proficient in Microsoft, excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills, ability to work in team environment, handle confidential information and ability to relate with diverse population with varying socio-economics backgrounds.
• Preferred Education: Associate/bachelor's degree.
