Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate brings high-volume recruitment experience, ideally within a clinical or healthcare setting, and will work with diverse populations within the STL Metro area.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, strong interpersonal and data-analysis skills, and collaboration across teams. Education requirements include a BS degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for an Associate degree.
