You will build strong talent pipelines, support professional development and benefits, and help ensure a positive candidate experience while navigating healthcare-specific requirements and multi-location hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years demonstrated success in a recruitment role.
• Direct sourcing experience required.
• Healthcare experience highly preferred.
• Multi-location recruiting experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across Connecticut.
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates via sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Review resumes and coordinate the interview process with hiring managers.
• Utilize ADP to support timely filling of positions and onboarding.
• Travel to branch offices as needed and support managers with selection processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal hiring laws.
