Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Sr. Associate for Value-Based Care Transformation. This full-time, 40-hour role is hybrid, based in Downers Grove, IL, with hours varying Mon-Fri. You will design and implement strategic initiatives across departments to improve outcomes and efficiency.

You will drive data-driven change, collaborate with Analytics, Operations, and Clinical teams, and report to the Transformation Manager. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• 2-3+ years of consulting and operations experience required.
• 1+ years of Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design, impact assessment and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments including Value-Based Care, Primary Care, and various Specialties.
• Drive change, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charter, scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
