Job summary

BCRA in Spokane, WA is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to lead design and delivery on complex medical facilities. This full-time hybrid role requires strong Revit skills, healthcare coding knowledge, and licensure, with three or more days in the office.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate consultants, and support business development while delivering compliant, high-quality documentation and construction phases; a growth-focused environment with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, plus 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Licensed Architect with healthcare project experience.
• Proficient in Revit across SD, DD, CDs, CA and coordinating consultants.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare projects through multiple phases of design and construction, coordinating with project leaders to ensure quality and delivery.
• Apply healthcare planning principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements to project documentation and design solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to align disciplines and resolve technical challenges.
• Utilize Revit and BIM tools to develop coordinated models, drawings, and construction documents.
• Conduct zoning, code, and healthcare regulatory research and incorporate requirements into documentation.
