Job summary
Bancroft Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Project Architect or Project Manager to join its Healthcare practice in Los Angeles or San Diego. The role focuses on HCAI-regulated projects, technical delivery, and client coordination, with a path to leadership across planning through construction.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of architectural experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Familiarity with California healthcare delivery and regulatory processes is preferred.
- CA RA license is highly preferred for Project Architect and strongly valued for PM.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium- to large-scale healthcare (HCAI) projects from planning through closeout.
- Coordinate design development, construction documents, approvals, and construction administration.
- Ensure compliance with HCAI/OSHPD requirements and applicable codes.
- Lead coordination among architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Mentor staff and support licensure and professional development.
- Contribute to proposals, business development, and client relationship initiatives.
