Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager for Seattle-based healthcare and civic projects, with 70% of work on large CA projects and 30% on local assisted living initiatives. The role centers on Revit-driven design and complex project management across all phases.

Hybrid schedule with on-site Tue/Wed in Seattle and remote other days; licensure not required but pursued. Strong leadership, client relations, and regulatory knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience with Revit-based CD production.
• Advanced Revit proficiency is required.
• Strong large-scale project management experience, esp. healthcare or correctional.
• Licensure not required but pursuing licensure preferred.
• Able to run projects with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with CA/WA codes and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and Project Architect on a range of projects, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead design development and documentation efforts using Revit across all project phases.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage project communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee production of construction documents and ensure compliance with codes.
• Contribute to design vision while balancing technical, functional, and budgetary requirements.
• Support and mentor junior staff, guiding design and documentation standards.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and stakeholder coordination.
