Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 5+ years of professional experience (healthcare preferred); licensure is a plus. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and strong project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 5+ years professional architecture experience; healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proven understanding of architectural principals, codes, and standards in healthcare environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and design software; ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and create high-quality designs by hand and using AutoCAD/Revit for assigned healthcare projects.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop functional, esthetically pleasing designs meeting client needs.
  • Coordinate engineering elements and materials for project specifications.
  • Oversee design coordination, red-line changes, and documentation revisions.
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and permit documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to document conditions and progress during design and construction.
