Job summary

HFG Architecture is seeking a Project Architect to oversee design and documentation from conception to construction. You will ensure high-quality drawings, coordinate with MEP, Civil, and Structural teams, and maintain design integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates bring 5–10 years of healthcare-focused experience, proficiency in Revit, and strong communication. The role offers hybrid work with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• Licensed Architect (or on path to licensure within 12 months).
• 5–10 years architectural experience, preferably healthcare or complex technical buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of architectural drawings and specifications across all project phases (SD, DD, CD, CA).
• Collaborate with engineers (MEP, Civil, Structural) to maintain alignment between concept and deliverables.
• Ensure documentation complies with codes (IBC, NFPA, FGI, ADA/ABA) and QA/QC standards.
• Manage design deliverables and contribute to project scheduling to meet milestones.
• Mentor emerging professionals and interns.
