Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT leadership experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting EHR and clinical applications.
• Strong background in team leadership, SDLC, and technology delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise clinical applications, EHR platforms, and technology services.
• Drive system modernization, operational excellence, and technology roadmaps.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Manage technical teams, resources, performance, and service delivery.
• Establish governance, quality standards, and operational metrics.
