Qualifications

• 1 year project management and process development experience.
• 3+ years overall relevant experience in healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance environment and budget management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end contract operations and procurement processes.
• Gather required information, review contracts and redlines with stakeholders.
• Files and document management across systems (Totality, Gensight PMT, Sharepoint).
• Support budget tracking, invoices and reconciliations with finance.
• Provide guidance on company policies and process improvements.
